Welcome to Pasha BBQ & Cocktail Bar. By making a booking or visiting our establishment, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 1.⁠ ⁠Booking Duration

– All bookings are allocated a dining time of 1 hour and 45 minutes. Extensions to this time may be possible at the discretion of the management, subject to availability.

 2.⁠ ⁠Cancellation Policy

– Pasha BBQ & Cocktail Bar reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings at any time, for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, operational requirements, health and safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

 3.⁠ ⁠Service Charge

– A service charge of 12.5% will be added to your bill.

 4.⁠ ⁠Reservations

– We recommend making a reservation to guarantee a table. Walk-ins are welcome, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

– Please arrive on time for your reservation. We may not be able to extend your dining time if you arrive late.

 5.⁠ ⁠Deposits

– For parties of 10 or more, a deposit of £10 per person is required to secure the booking.

– The deposit will be deducted from your final bill.

– In the event of a no-show or cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice, Pasha BBQ & Cocktail Bar reserves the right to retain the deposit.

 6.⁠ Cancellation by Customers

– If you need to cancel or amend your reservation, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee and forfeiture of any deposits paid.

 7.⁠ Special Requests

– We will do our best to accommodate special requests (e.g., dietary requirements, seating preferences), but we cannot guarantee that all requests will be met.

 8.⁠ Conduct

– We ask that all guests behave respectfully towards our staff and other patrons. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask individuals to leave if they display inappropriate behavior.

 9.⁠ Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

– Please inform our staff of any food allergies or dietary restrictions when making your reservation and upon arrival. While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our dishes are completely free of allergens.

10.⁠ Outside Food and Drink

– No outside food or drink is allowed in the restaurant unless previously agreed upon by management (e.g., birthday cakes).

11.⁠ Liability

– Pasha BBQ & Cocktail Bar is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings. Please keep your valuables safe.

12.⁠ Changes to Terms and Conditions

– Pasha BBQ & Cocktail Bar reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
